ME7502D is a constant current LED driver chip adopting I2C communication with 32-level current global adjustment function. Composed of 12 segment outputs and 12 grid outputs, it forms 144 dot matrices, with each dot featuring 256-level PWM duty cycle adjustment. It consists of a data latch, display memory, LED constant current drive module and related control circuits, serving as a highly reliable MCU peripheral LED driver circuit. Serial data is input to ME7502D through a two-wire interface, and it adopts EQSOP28 packaging. The product is reliable, stable with strong anti-interference ability.
