ME7300 is a constant current LED controller/driver with 8-channel constant current segment output lines and 16-channel grid output lines. It integrates an MCU digital interface, data latch, and LED high-voltage driver. Serial data is input via an I2C serial interface. Adopting CMOS technology, it is mainly used for small LED display driving and available in QFN32L(440.75-0.4) and EQSOP28 packages. Its constant current design ensures each LED's current remains stable regardless of the number of LEDs, avoiding brightness fluctuations.
