ME7300A is a constant current LED controller/driver featuring 8-channel constant current segment output lines and 12-channel grid output lines. It integrates an MCU digital interface, data latch, and LED high-voltage driver, with serial data input via an I2C serial interface. Adopting CMOS technology, it is mainly designed for small LED display driving and packaged in SSOP24 (e=0.635, D=1.45). Its constant current design ensures each LED’s current remains stable regardless of the number of LEDs, avoiding brightness fluctuations.
