ME7300B is a constant current LED controller/driver with 8-channel constant current segment output lines and 8-channel grid output lines. It integrates an MCU digital interface, data latch and LED high voltage driver, with serial data fed via an I2C serial interface. Adopting CMOS technology, it is mainly used for small LED display driving and housed in SSOP24 (e=0.635, D=1.45) package. Its constant current design ensures each LED's current remains stable and free from fluctuations caused by the number of connected LEDs, avoiding display brightness changes.
