ME7300C is a constant current LED controller/driver featuring 8-channel constant current segment output lines and 16-channel grid output lines. It integrates an MCU digital interface, data latch, and LED high-voltage driver, with serial data input via an I2C serial interface. Adopting CMOS technology, it is mainly designed for small LED display driving and packaged in EQSOP28. Its constant current design ensures each LED’s current remains stable regardless of the number of connected LEDs, avoiding brightness fluctuations caused by changes in the number of LEDs.
