ME7400 is a dot matrix LED driver IC featuring 16 segment outputs, 8 grid outputs, 1 display storage unit, and related control circuits. It integrates an MCU digital interface, data latch, and LED driver module, specifically designed for small LED display driving. Adopting CMOS technology and housed in an LQFP44L package, it supports both display driving and keyboard scanning functions, with low-power consumption characteristics.
