ME7400D is a dot matrix LED driver IC featuring 12 segment outputs, 8 grid outputs, 1 display storage unit, and related control circuits. It integrates an MCU digital interface, data latch, and LED driver module, specifically designed for small LED display driving. Adopting CMOS technology and housed in an SOP32 package, it combines display driving and 8×4 keyboard scanning functions, with low-power consumption and a bidirectional DIO port for serial data input/output.
