ME7400E is a dot matrix LED driver IC featuring 8 segment outputs, 8 grid outputs, 1 display storage unit, and related control circuits. It integrates an MCU digital interface, data latch, and LED driver module, specifically designed for small LED display driving. Adopting CMOS technology and housed in an SSOP24 (e=0.635, D=1.45) package, it combines display driving and 8×2 keyboard scanning functions, with low-power consumption and a bidirectional DIO port for serial data input/output.
